1/8/12: Last Sunday, Korey Strozier and Theresa Chet, got married.  Their story is one for the ages.  After dating for almost 7 years, during the spring of last year, Korey was reached out to by Scott McDonald.  After studying the Bible, He was baptized into Christ in August of ’11.  Near the end of his studies, Korey asked to Theresa to study the Bible so that their relationship could be pure and right in the eyes of God.  Although at first somewhat skeptical, Theresa said yes and she started to study the Bible.  She got baptized last month.   At the end of her baptism, Korey proposed Theresa.  She said yes. They decided that since they had the made the decision to get married to God, they now could make the decision to get married to one another.  They will be having a reception in August for family and friends.  So we would like to introduce for the very first time, Korey & Theresa Strozier.

2/12: The Following will be the Blood Drive dates for 2012: 2/12, 4/8, 6/10, 8/12, 10/14, 12/9.  Last year, as a church, we donated 70 units of blood.  When broken down it’s 210 blood products.  We helped up to 210 people.  There will be a blood drive kick off with donuts, fruit, and juice the day of the drive.  Thanks everyone for serving!
